WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT . . .
The Macoupin County Rib Trifecta is held in conjunction with BBQ Competitions located in Virden, Carlinville and Palmyra, Illinois. The overall winner (Grand Champion) will be determined based on the highest combined rib scores from all three competitions. The winner will be announced at the Saggy Bottom 5K and Golden Rib Cook-off in Palmyra, IL.
